Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of RawLift (the “Service”), provided by ELVISION LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to them. Section 10 contains an arbitration agreement and a class action waiver that affect your rights — please read it.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

2. Not medical advice

RawLift is a self-tracking tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Calorie targets, energy estimates and suggested training weights are general estimates and may be wrong for you. Consult a physician before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have a history of disordered eating. Exercise carries an inherent risk of injury; you train at your own risk. Stop and seek help if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.

The Stack tracker only records what you enter. It does not recommend compounds, doses or schedules, and the volume it shows for a dose is plain arithmetic on the vial strength you type in — check it against your prescription. Use only medications prescribed to you and products that are legal where you live, and follow your prescriber's instructions.

3. Your account

Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at [support@rawlift.app] if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service: no attempts to access other accounts or our systems, to disrupt or overload them, to scrape them, to create accounts by automated means, or to use the Service for anything unlawful.

5. Your content

You own what you enter. You give us a limited license to store and process it only to operate the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy. You can export or delete it at any time.

6. Our service

The Service and its software, design and branding belong to us and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use it under these Terms. Product nutrition data from Open Food Facts is available under the Open Database License. The basic Service is free; if we introduce paid features, their price and terms will be shown before you buy. We may change or discontinue features; if we shut the Service down, we will give reasonable notice so you can export your data.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that nutrition values, estimates or suggestions are accurate, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF US$100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

10. Dispute resolution — arbitration and class action waiver

Informal resolution first. Before filing a claim, contact us at [support@rawlift.app] and give us 30 days to try to resolve it.

Binding arbitration. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, instead of in court. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section.

No class actions. You and we may bring claims only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated or representative proceeding.

Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days after creating your account by emailing [support@rawlift.app] with the subject “Arbitration opt-out” and the email address of your account.

11. Waitlist and referral program

Before launch you can join a free waitlist. Pro and its free months are a planned launch offer — what Pro includes and costs isn't final yet. We plan to offer a paid RawLift Pro tier at launch. If we do, waitlist members who confirm their email address receive 3 months of Pro free, plus 1 month for every person who joins through their personal invite link and confirms their own address — the extra month goes to the person who invited them — up to 12 months in total. Free months start when you create your account, are personal, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, and have no cash value. A referral counts only for a real, different person who was not already on the waitlist; self-referrals, fake or disposable addresses, automated sign-ups and spam forfeit all rewards. Early access is offered in waves at our discretion. We may change or end the program before launch; if Pro launches, the free months earned up to that change will be honored. Joining the waitlist does not create an account and does not oblige you to sign up.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, usually after notice. Sections 7–10 and 12 survive termination.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to section 10, the state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Changes and contact
